Meet the Instructor

Charli Alayna

Charli is a passionate equestrian with a lifelong love of the outdoors. Despite not growing up in the Western industry, Charli discovered her passion for horses at the age of 22, embarking on a journey that would lead her to ranching. After years of riding and learning the ropes, Charli found herself working alongside her husband on a Montana ranch. There, she gained invaluable hands-on experience in all aspects of ranching, from herding cattle and mending fences to caring for horses and managing the ranch's operations. Now based in Hawaii, Charli continues to share her enthusiasm for the Western lifestyle and her expertise in the cattle industry. While still learning herself, Charli is dedicated to helping others discover their own passion for ranching and achieve her career goals.
